Legal Guarantee

As a consumer, you have statutory guarantee rights against us as the seller when purchasing our products.

The statutory guarantee period for new goods is generally two years from delivery of the goods.

If a product has a defect for which we, as the seller, are responsible, you may generally first request a free repair or replacement. Under the conditions provided by law, you may also request a reduction in the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

Your statutory guarantee rights apply independently of any voluntary guarantees offered by the manufacturer.

Official EU Information on the Legal Guarantee

The European Union provides a standardised notice explaining consumers' statutory guarantee rights.

You can find this information below and also during the ordering process.
